Each individual may hold only one active new77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or an alias — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance accrued through such abuse.
new77 processes verified withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja accounts in under 15 minutes on average. All payouts are made in IDR with no hidden deductions. Withdrawal limits and processing windows are detailed in Section 6.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and new77 ("new77", "we", "us", "our"). 3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional Accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. new77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
3.4 You must notify new77 immediately at if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or disclosed to a third party.
3.5 new77 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 As part of new77's commitment to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process prior to making any withdrawal and, in certain circumstances, before continued access to the Platform is permitted.
4.2 KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

4.5 Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. new77 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.
5.1 All deposits on the new77 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). new77 does not accept foreign currency deposits; any conversion required is the responsibility of the Member.

5.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. new77 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments. Any such deposit will be returned to the originating account, and the Member's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 new77 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits, request documentation on the source of funds for large deposits, and decline any deposit at its sole discretion in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified KYC documents. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. new77 does not impose a standard maximum withdrawal ceiling for verified Members, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional due-diligence review.
6.3 new77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or if a withdrawal request triggers an automated security review. new77 will notify the Member of any such delay.
6.4 new77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, bank transfer fees imposed by the receiving financial institution (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are the Member's responsibility, where applicable.
6.5 Withdrawal of funds derived from a Bonus Balance is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7. Only the Real Money Balance — and any bonus winnings from which all applicable wagering requirements have been met — may be withdrawn freely.
6.6 new77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or void a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if the Member's KYC verification is incomplete.
7.1 new77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free-spin awards, and seasonal campaigns tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
7.2 All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms that are disclosed in full at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms prevail with respect to that specific bonus.
7.3 Standard wagering requirements for new77 bonuses apply as follows unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:
7.4 Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonuses in combination with known low-variance betting strategies — including, but not limited to, placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.5 new77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be honoured to completion under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
7.6 Unless a Member opts in to a specific promotion, no bonus will be applied to their Account without their explicit consent.
8.1 All Wagers placed on the new77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the product on which they are placed — including sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sakong, and Dragon Tiger. Product-specific rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform.
8.2 new77 reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed in error, that was made available due to a technical fault, or that was placed at odds or stakes that do not reflect the genuine market price due to a manifest error ("palpable error"). In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Member's Real Money Balance.
8.3 In-play sportsbook bets are accepted at new77's discretion. new77 may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice if market integrity cannot be assured.
8.4 All casino game outcomes on the new77 Platform are determined by certified random-number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer procedures governed by independently audited studio rules. new77 does not influence the outcome of any game.
8.5 If a technical interruption occurs during an active Wager (including live casino disconnection), new77's system will record the last confirmed game state. Settled outcomes based on that record are final, subject to the dispute resolution process in clause 8.6.
8.6 Disputes regarding Wager settlement must be submitted in writing to within 72 hours of the disputed event settling. new77 will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the new77 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of Balance at new77's sole discretion:
Fraud and Abuse: new77 employs advanced fraud-detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposit and withdrawal flows, device fingerprinting, and account linkage. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be closed without warning and any outstanding Balance may be forfeited.
10.1 All content on the new77 Platform — including but not limited to the new77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of new77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No broader licence is granted.
10.3 Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any new77 Platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, new77 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from technical failures.
11.2 new77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 new77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. new77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to notify Members of planned downtime in advance.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit new77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 new77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 new77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver Platform services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or where required by applicable law.
12.3 new77 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these technologies.
